Are you a strategic and passionate fundraiser who wants to make a real difference?
Sensory Matters Worcestershire is looking for an ambitious Income and Impact Lead to drive sustainable income growth and showcase the life-changing impact of our services for people with a sensory impairment.
In this varied and high-impact role, you will:
- Develop and deliver a dynamic fundraising strategy across multiple income streams
- Write compelling funding bids and build strong relationships with funders and partners
- Lead marketing and communications to grow awareness and engagement
- Measure and communicate impact to stakeholders, funders, and the wider community
We’re seeking someone with proven fundraising or income-generation experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, strategic approach. If you’re motivated by purpose and enjoy turning ideas into meaningful results, we’d love to hear from you.
