Dee Jones isn’t taking the Corona Crisis lying down, she’s been actively coming up with new ideas to keep people living with Sight Loss having adventures, even in their own home! To that end she’s launching two new initiatives that promise to be both great fun and a good way of improving your well being.
Virtual Yoga launching soon!
Great news! Sense Adventures is building up an offering of virtual experiences, starting with virtual Yoga classes. You will be guided through 1 hour of Yoga & Meditation with teachers experienced in adapting and giving clear instruction over zoom for visually impaired yogis. All levels welcome, weekly sessions starting end September. We anticipate these classes will be very popular, so please book early. Our first classes will be taught by Allison Maxwell. Allison’s classes are a traditional Hatha style yoga, placing emphasis on postures, correct breathing and relaxation. Her style is fun-loving and friendly and the classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Register your interest by calling Dee on 01684 891796 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
