Low Vision Services Coordinator

24 hours per week (Mon–Thu, 10am–4.30pm) | £12.71 per hour
Do you have strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We are seeking a dedicated Low Vision Services Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our low vision clinics and services. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting people with a vision impairment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating clinic appointments and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting clients with bookings, communication, and follow-up care
- Managing low vision equipment, including stock, orders, and demonstrations
- Providing admin support and supervising volunteers within the services
You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating with a wide range of people, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in administration and a genuine interest in supporting people with a sensory impairment would be advantageous.
