Chair based Yoga with Natasha!  As with every meeting, there will of course be plenty of tea and biscuits.

Natasha will be coming to lead us in some Bocca! And, as always, there will be plenty of tea and coffee.

Sue from Link Nurseries will be visiting us to share some gardening tips  including an activity!    

We wil be hosting a lovely afternoon tea! This will give us a chance to catch up following the festive period, and also discuss what we would like to do in this new group.
