DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the start of two walking groups for people in Worcester with a visual impairment plus we are looking to start one in Malvern in the coming weeks. The walks in Worcester are either daytime and evening: \n\n\n\nDaytime Walking Group\n\nMonthly on Thursdays @ 11am starting from 14 July 2022. The meeting point is Quayhead fountains on Quay St\, Worcester WR1 2JJ. The walk will follow a flat route around Diglis basin\, The walk is led by Nicky Button\, trustee of Sight Concern and an experienced walker.\n\n\n\n\nEvening Walking Group \nMonthly on Tuesdays @ 6pm starting 12 July 2022. The meeting point is Quayhead fountains on Quay St\, Worcester WR1 2JJ. When she is not working hard to support our clients and services team\, Jo Webber fronts rock band Witcher. \nThe band has been on the local gig scene for four years covering songs by Bon Jovi\, AC/DC\, Muse\, Queen amongst many others at local pubs and festivals. Witcher will be rocking the Sociable Beer Company in Worcester on 22nd July in aid of Sight Concern; come for an evening of singing\, dancing and general merriment whilst raising money for us.  Jo assures us that Witcher’s rendition of the Time Warp is not to be missed! \nFor more info.
