‘Monty Python’s Spamalot’ is a new musical lovingly ripped off from Monty Python and the Holy Grail and tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table and features a bevy (or possibly a brace) of beautiful show girls, cows, killer rabbits and French People.
The cast includes Olivier award winning actor Matthew Kelly as ‘King Arthur’, Todd Carty (BBC 1’s Eastenders) as ‘Patsy, the nations favourite Nancy Jodie Prenger (BBC 1’s ‘I’d Do Anything) as ‘The Lady of the Lake’ and Eric Idle as ‘God*’.   *Recorded voice – as they couldn’t affords to cart this god like comic around the country!.
The show features the hilarious songs “He Is Not Dead Yet”, “Knights Of The Round Table”, “Find Your Grail” and of course the Nation’s Favourite Comedy Song (Reader’s Digest Poll 2009) “ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE”.

Here’s what the press have been saying about the show:
